2. Subscription Charges

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Payments are processed and managed by our third-party payment platform (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.). We do not collect or store your billing information.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:​

Dissatisfaction with video content or personal preference.

Internet connectivity issues caused by the user or their provider.

Third-party access limitations (e.g., geographical restrictions or browser/device compatibility).

Billing inquiries, chargebacks, or payment disputes handled outside of our normal process (like contacting your bank).

4. Cancellation of Subscription

To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund. Refunds are only provided according to the shared exceptions.

After cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid subscription period.
